PCCS has formally signed up to the “Fighting Fatigue” campaign. We want to encourage more openness about how fatigue and tiredness affect our wellbeing, as well as carrying risk to our patients. We need to change the culture in our departments and Trusts. PCCS has worked with other critical care societies to develop a range of resources, which can be found in the ‘RESOURCES’ section of our website. PCCS would appreciate if unit champions, Directors, and matrons could highlight these to their staff. Thanks.
