PCCS to support CHELSIG: the Child Health Ethics and Law Special Interest Group

High profile court cases in the last few years have shown just how challenging working in PICU has become. This is affecting all units and members of our multidisciplinary team. PCCS recognises that we need a forum and safe space to come together to share our experiences and try and influence solutions.

Rather than ‘re-invent the wheel’ PCCS council has decided to work closely with CHELSIG, aiming to support their meetings, and participate in any collaborative work that might impact upon children’s critical care. Please visit Child Health Ethics and Law Special Interest Group for more information. CHELSIG’s next meeting is on the 29 th April at the RCPCH conference in Liverpool.
