We invite all members of your PICU team to join us and hundreds of colleagues to attend our annual PCCS conference in London on November 20-22nd. The theme of the conference is ‘Working together’. Following this theme, this year we are delighted that we are combining our conference with the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society (PCICS ) and European Paediatric and Neonatal Cardiac Intensive Care (EPNCIC). This will be a conference that incorporates state of the art talks and seminars in general and cardiac intensive care. Our programme aims to review aspects of best clinical practice currently available but also to look to the future in terms of advances in basic sciences and technologies and how these may affect our clinical practice. Our conference aims to appeal to those across the multidisciplinary critical care team, and will also focus on key areas that affect us all: human factors, resilience, and how we support each other in the challenging environment of paediatric critical care.
